Player dreadlocks disappearing: Offline Franchise

So I just started year two of my offline franchise and I noticed quite a few players with dreadlocks no longer have hair showing during games. If you go to edit player it still shows detailed player likeness and everything looking normal. When you are playing a game the players still have detailed faces and everything but their dreadlocks are missing.

Is this a known bug and is there any way to maybe edit something to get their hair back?

It was a thing that happened many moons ago. I do know there is a limit on how many players can render dreads and long hair while in a game. If you have a lot then some wont appear most likely a memory issue.
