Seattle Double Enforcer?

Get ready for lots of fumbles in Madden 2021 with Wagner + Jamal Adams.

Thanks DeuceDouglas for posting the information from EA regarding this topic.

In CFM there will NOT be two Enforcer players on the Seahawks, thus only 1 player in the NFL will have Enforcer on launch.

In CFM, no player will have Avalanche at launch, either.

Re: Seattle Double Enforcer?

It's not just Enforcer that's going to make this duo a ****ing nightmare to play against.

According to Madden-School, in Madden 21 both Bobby Wagner and Jamal Adams have Enforcer (Hit Stick tackles always succeed) and Avalanche (new zone ability - a successful Hit Stick tackle while the defender is moving towards the line of scrimmage always causes a fumble). Not to mention Wagner has Tackle Supreme (cannot be faked out when user-controlled, rarely faked out when CPU-controlled).

I look forward to arguing in favor of the existence of the Avalanche ability once again in this thread.

I also look forward to the challenge of lining up against arguably the most powerful duo of off-ball defenders in the history of football video games.

Re: Seattle Double Enforcer?

I don’t hate the X-factor additions to last year’s game. It might be a little gimmicky, but it adds more personality to the players.

However, the problem I did had was how the CPU (very noticeable on All-Madden) would make a direct bee-line and hit stick fumble on your player when they had this ability. Completely warping and disregarding the physics in play, they would cover more ground than they should. That’s where the problem lies for me, it feels like a cheap boost for the CPU.

If they want to give players these special abilities and powers they need to find a common ground and stay within the boundaries of their physics and tackle engine in the other aspects of the gameplay.

Re: Seattle Double Enforcer?

Wagner has 5 ff in his entire career.
Same as peters and less then a lot of active players.

Makes no sense for him to even have an ability like this.
Adams has 6 so far in his career.

There are guys who had more in a single season...

Thats why I rerolled Wagner's abilities in my Madden 20 franchise. And knocked down his Hit Power. He is a great LB, but he isn't a devastating big hitter.

Darius Leonard had more forced fumbles in his rookie season than Wagner has had in his career, in that case. He had 6.

I never got the Enforcer thing for Wagner. Makes more sense or him to have some kind coverage ability.
