In an Owner CFM, will the AI teams upgrade stadiums or build new ones?

I have relocating turned off as I like to handle those manually via a secondary account.

Yes, they do. I think they opt to build a new stadium more often, though. 5 seasons in and like half the league is using the same 3 generic stadiums.

Yes they do, but the stadium rating has to be below 20. The Titans, Saints, and Bucs are teams that I know will or are close to building new stadiums.

Happened to me as the coach of the Chicago Bears in Madden 20. 10 years into my franchise, Soldier Field all of a sudden was a Domed Stadium.
