Drop your XP Sliders to progress players slightly over generated max OVR’s for each position and they’ll matter.
- this also removes plug-n-play players from FA

If you don’t see teams with players getting playing time with OVR’s in 60’s, your XP Sliders for that position are still too high.

TE’s can have “0” XP because 1-2 can generate up 76 OVR in a Draft.
- Couple this with SS/X-Factor threshold unlocks at 70 OVR for TE’s

So Practice players can/will play a role in your Franchise if you set it up for them to.
