It's an added strategy layer and probably would have been better if you could just have it on for yourself and not the CPU teams.

You can still pick players to focus on during practice, you just don't get that extra fatigue by taking risks/rewards.

I will definitely use it once they fix the CPU issue but it's not a game killer for me having it off.
