Trying to d'load sliders for ps5. Can't get in and no help from forum search.

First I did try to forum search but all I get is a "not authorized to see this page" or words to that effect for any search I try. Now I haven't been here for awhile but my account has been around for years. Don't know if not being around is why or if there's a glitch? In any case..

Was able to get a ps5 and want to start solo franchise. Madden 22 says I need to sign into my EA account. Hit R2 to do that and an icon, lower right corner, spins but R2 does not disappear. No idea if I'm signed in or not. Other that going to the d'load page and hitting the selection there does not bring up any menus of user submitted files. First time in I got the "sign into EA", subsequent tries I don't get that. So am I signed in and the server is down , getting hammered? Am I not signed in and nothing appears to tell me I need to sing in?

Yesterday I was able to get to the user shared sliders\rosters so it did work for me then. I just didn't have time to d'load anything with the holiday. Was more a quick look to see what was there.

Heading out in the morning so pretty much too late for today. Just hoping for some insight on both issues for when I get back on Monday. Any help greatly appreciated

It can be tricky. If you see nothing then you are probably not signed it. Back out and try signing in again. If that fails, then restart the game.

Thanks, kind of thought that the case but with no indicator it was a little frustrating.

Is something up with madden share again? Can barely get into the community files period. If I do get in then I can't download a file. Just keeps saying error while downloading.

As I said my first year back to Madden in a long time but yeah, it sure seems that way. When I got in the first time the other day I wondered why there were so few comments or d'loads. Now I get it, if you can't get in you can't comment or d'load. I wish would have grabbed something then but those low numbers had me thinking I needed to come back later after doing some research to see if I was somehow missing the most d'loaded and liked files.

I'm just surprised at such a thing with a game and company this large. A glitch that lasts a few hours, maybe a day? Ok. Delayed my trip so I have tried again many times and sill a "no -go". It shouldn't be this hard.

Definitely agree with you. Some of the problems they have seem just silly and inexcusable for such a large game and company overall.
