Im using updated rosters in mine now. Something weird was going on for me originally though. I had to delete all of my game data, then reboot madden and I got prompted to get the update once the game connects to the EA servers on launch.

LOL, we definitely ARE using the updated roster from Aug 24 in our OFFline CCM.

The first thing it asks you after picking to start an online OR offline CCM, is "Would you like to use your updated connected careers roster?" Select yes, lol.

I use the Packers. Cedric Benson is on my team. Charles Woodson is at SS. I am playing OFFline. So, you're not doing something correctly, we aren't crazy.
