Madden PSP & Vita Rosters, Franchises Updates, Mods & Tutorials

Awesome stuff, downloaded the Madden 12 files, and then downloaded my Digital version of the game to my Vita, will try this out later.

Will you be updating rosters this offseason.

Hi - Let me know how well it works on the Vita. It worked fine for my Playstation TV but i play these rosters primarily on my PSP.

My baseline plan is to wait until Madden 17 comes out and use the PS3 rosters as a base for these given the time I expect to have in the coming months with work getting really busy. I'm expecting to work a lot of overtime in the near future, but I may try to pull some thing together in my spare time. We'll see... Luckily some sites like Overthecap.com are pretty streamlined now so finding transactions/contracts isnt as difficult as it was in the past.

Just found a really dumb big bug that crashes when you load a game with the Los Angeles Rams. Apparently, you can modify the team name, team city, team stadium name, but you can not modify the INITIALS. I changed it to LOS and it crashes. Changing back to STL and it doesnt crash.

So weird!

I'll post new files shortly.

UPDATED:

I Fixed the Franchise files for the Rams. I also was able to determine how to change the actual in-game city name from St Louis to Los Angeles too! The Initals for the Rams has to remain STL but everything else is Los Angeles, including the behind the scenes stuff for free agency. I also updated the regular Rosters file to update the team name as well. The stadiums can't be edited though for rosters.

I don't want to bog you down with requests, but could you update the franchise file for 06 please?

Also, the initals could be tied to jersey's possibly, or maybe team prestige.

I don't have Madden 06. I'd have to go acquire it at the store. I've definitely seen it for a buck or so at goodwill and a local game shop so I can try to do that after work today when I run errands.

Yea no worries. I actually was thinking of picking this up anyway so if I get back into PS2 NCAA/Madden later (I'm currently playing it on PSP), I can export draft classes over to Madden.

That said, NFL2K5 is still my preferred weapon of choice...
