You just have to decrypt and change the region. Encrypt again. Takes like five seconds.

Thanks. I know how to decrypt with Bruteforce. You have to to edit these rosters off console. I will try to get to it today.

Been busy with life stuff. The only reason why I wanted to update the roster was to play a franchise with it. With there players popping up in franchise I am in the process of fixing this

Do you mean random players popping up in the franchise on different teams rosters or just on the field during games? Thanks!

The random players on the rosters. I think it is mostly players like tony Gonzalez and ray rice showing up. Retired guys like that
