I am using your green set and it is great man. The only problem is I can't run as well as the cpu does. Last season I played, the cpu avg 4.9 a carry and I avg 3.6 a carry. I am solid against the pass though. I am good at outside runs but inside runs I get maybe 2 yds a carry. I do try and wait for the blocks to open up the only problem is I don't sprint through the hole for fear of fumbling. I have the run set at:
BT 0
RB 45
Fum 30

The cpu break block slider is set at 0.

Any suggestions to improve my running game? Thanks

Huh, the box score on that last one isn't quite right, updated in my previous post.

I'll check to see who I'm playing in a little while. Currently watching the Bears get mauled by the Pack's pass attack.

Loss to the 49ers 40-28, Really wanted to beat them from 2011 divisonal round this year, i could of came back but 2 fumbles cost me. Frank Gore ran all over me with 329yrds. Drew Brees was very accurate with 340yrds 2TD 1INT. Alex Smith was for 11-14 for 105yrds 2TD 0INT. Im now 7-4 and falcons lost but panthers won. Here are the standings:

Two wretched interceptions early got me in trouble, but AP performed as always. Thankfully in the 4th quarter Carson Palmer turned into Carson Palmer for me.

hey man--just checking back in.

i'm using your blue set. everything seems solid. opposing RBs run all over me, though. average about 6-9 ypc depending on the back/team, with the exception of the vikings@rams game i just played(i use STL) and somehow i held adrian peterson to 21 carries for 37 yards (lmfao yeah right, anyone watch the game today?).. honestly i don't even want to screw with it because it makes the game a challenge and i have to adjust accordingly and i like that, but the stats are a little inflated. QBs can go for 75-80% completions regularly against me too. Granted, A LOT of those completions are check downs. NFL QBs somehow aren't that smart

I do a lot of adjustments pre-snap, so I guess the completion percentage may be my high risk/reward defensive style, a lot of committing to the run/pass or weak/strong side, a lot of DB shifts, etc. The 6-9 YPC though, is this only me? Maybe the Rams run D is just that bad in this game?

edit: btw man, just wanted to say you've made this game so much fun. was using another slider set that was fun, but stats were a little wacked out. moved to yours a couple weeks ago for a new CCM and i'm in love. i think M13 is a terrific game, can't really understand all the nitpick petty hate on it. it's the best madden since '05 on the PS2 for me. thanks for your work.

Jarrod, there's something wrong with your sliders for me. I just had Andrew Luck go for 550 yards 4 touchdowns 0 picks and a 72% completion percentage on me. His wide receivers are Malcolm Floyd, Mike Williams and Mohammad Massaquoi.

My DBs are Antonio Cromartie, Patrick Peterson and a 98 speed rookie. The TE routes are almost always open for the CPU mainly because the LBs are always lost in zone it looks like.

I understand football is filled with inconsistencies but to have my 95+ speed 90+ Man Coverage CBs get beaten by slow aging receivers and TEs(Kellen Winslow??) is just stupid. I couldn't get any pressure on Luck either despite the fact that his offensive line sucks. It just feels like Madden chooses that the Colts are gonna win this game. I've played it 3 times already and every time the Colts torch my secondary like my DBs are from Detroit.

I need some kind of advice or changes because it's frustrating to see my team play like preschoolers every week...
