You are right. I hadn't thought about that. EGM is TERRIBLE when it comes to evaluating sports games. The only thing I can hope for is my subscription for EGM comes a good week early before it hits newsstands.

360 is set to launch in 60 days & EA makes people sign NDA in refernece to Madden. WTF. That is ridiculous. I can an understand if what they showed were early builds. This is supposed to be a LAUNCH TITLE. I wish EA would stop with the secrecy already give us some in-game footage. Man I can't wait til X05 in 2 weeks..

It's called creating buzz. Everybody is wanting to see new stuff and any time anything comes out, people go crazy. Dont call this ridiculous, its smart. I doubt EA cares if they piss you off.

you also ahve to remember that Tiger and NBA Live are also just releasing for the current gen. I'm sure EA wants the spotlight on those games for just a little while, before releasing info on a better game that comes out in two months.
