I can tell you from talking with others a lot of folks have come to the same conclusion. I do play random games myself but only when I'm drinking beer and just honestly don't give a crap. I play as straight up as the other guy, if he plays "normal" then I do too. If he plays crazy then I do whatever the heck I want as well.

P.S. one thing i've found that drives cheesers absolutely nuts is to utilize the entire play clock, LOL. it seems ADD is a common affliction of many online goofballs.

Re: Developers on the EA Forums part II

Hey guys, there's some more questions answered over there, including a post specifically addressing a lot of things that we, the "purists", have been asking about. http://forums.ea.com/mboards/thread....66412&tstart=0
http://forums.ea.com/mboards/thread....rt=0&start=150 about halfway down is some good stuff. Here's another about guys that didn't like the light squares for celebrations.....http://forums.ea.com/mboards/thread....66407&tstart=0 You can turn them off now....I'm liking Ian. For the guys who call it PR spin, you really need to read the post to my question. He and Phil are doing this kind of on their own. I didn't get all of MY favorite/expected answers, but it did really give me hope for the series. I'm done with the criticisms and will focus on the positives. But maybe we've gotten on the radar with our hopes/concerns, WishList away!

Re: Developers on the EA Forums part II

No problem guys. I do have to say that I thought it was cool that he took my post and made it it's own thread. I don't feel as if I'm such a windbag now. And it is nice to see that guys like him do have a vision for Madden and NCAA that does want to make a legit game and not some template to further the whole "tourney" scene......Now if we can get the "EA sucks" crowd to help out, maybe we'll help to get that game we ALL want.

Nice job in asking the questions Brian. We'll see if he is really serious as he stated those are the two top priorities next year. At least they are listening to the community.

I should sign up and ask about in game highlights that I have been wanting since the old EASN days. I am worried about dynasty mode going forward since it is all about online play these days.

It's kinda funny you bringing up EASN. I really think they should blow that out. Don't want to really hype up NFL Network or ESPN because you're trying to push EA Sports? No problem. Come up with a full-scale, blown out EASN presentation scheme. They really need to give it some kind of flavor regarding the single player experience. It get's down right boring. Heck I'd even settle for a Superstar experience as part of Franchise Mode if it could be like The Road To The Show.......

P.S. He'd did say unless something else pops up. But I'm a "glass half-full" type, so here's to hoping.......
