That is in NCAA. Not the exact animation, but it's pretty close. It's in the demo. I have seen Beanie Wells do it at least 3 times in my many times playing the demo.

A little over-the-top, but it should be for the elite power backs.

Maybe, only if it was a really good running back engaging a horrible defender. Though I don't remembering seeing anything happen in like that watching games.I've been watching football for 20 years.
