What's wrong with those achievements? Of course, if you strive for one achievement each game, YOU aren't playing 'sim'.

The game is just giving you a reward for achieving something great. However you choose to achieve it is up to you, whether it's naturally or you force it. Personally, I give 2 ****s about achievements.

I am not sure I understand howthis proves that Madden isn't sim.

Of course it caters to the casual crowd as well as the hardcore crowd, that I'll agree with. But just because they have achievements set the way they do, doesn't necessarily mean that Madden is not a sim game.

Guys, thats a list of achievements. You dont have to do that stuff to play the game. You can choose to do it IF YOU WANT. So if you want to run a "sim" game, then you dont have to throw for 550 yards. These achievements arent mandatory.....you'd think you had to unlock those achievements or the game didnt work
