I mainly just play Online. But I have had a few Snowy games in Jacksonville

Sometimes it works I THINK. Will sometimes i look up the weather and it will be close but other times its no where near it. Not sure if that's random or it really was working.

Where do I look at the game weather?

I haven't seen it like NCAA.

Playing online I seem to experience bad weather (snow, rain, wind) more than nice weather. I prefer random weather online, but I do wish it was toned down just a tad.

Make sure you sign in to the EA servers. Lately, when I have played it isn't on by default.

I play with denver and 75% of my game are in the snow. This has accually caused me to stop playing with them.
