We have waited and waited for this patch and the delays that keep happening are not because the patch isn't ready but because of bureaucratic crap. Get the thing out already.

This would be GREAT to know from anyone who has the patch:

Do any of you have a saved franchise that was stuck at a certain point? And have you checked to see if you could advance after you downloaded the patch? That would help out a lot! I'm still a bit skeptical, so I'd love to know if it really fixes the franchise freezing.

Now all we need are the CPU sliders to fix Robo QB, the REAL game killer (I never had any freezing issues)

Yes it was out at 4pm. Switched on the game, had the update screen (version 1.20) and then downloaded (26MB). Restarted and all fine!

Started a new franchise (NE), traded Maroney for Brady Quinn and beat KC 33-10
