Yes, mistakes made from special teams aside from bobbled punt/kick returns have been lacking badly.

I would say something like a pulsing meter inside of the current kick meter where you have to get into a certain range before we see the kick meter we know as of know. It wouldn't be to hard to hit the proper spot since mistakes though they should be added to Madden don't happen often anyways. (Then again me, myself would probably find that annoying)

What with the sudden outburst in polls. Not until Ian posted his discussion on LBC, have I seen so much polls on the opening page of the Madden forum.

Lol, that whole lateral play and missed extra point is one of teh most epic endings in NFL history, since then the lateral finish has been attempted a few times, but never repeated (at least not in the NFL).

No question the field goal kicking is way to easy.

How about if the further the field goal attempt is...the faster the meter moves, I mean a lot faster?

The last thing this game needs is more meters. I want the kicking meter nixed as it is.

And botched holds/snaps are too infrequent to put in the hands of the user. Random or nothing for me.

Well polls give us not only the opinions in a reply but a simple few words to summarize your choice and an overview for all to see rather than read 80 pages of opinion

this may sounds awkward and strange but maybe something like...

having to press the left and right triggers to step up to the ball to kick it and with the left stick having to aim the kick and swinging the kickers leg back and kicking the ball with the right stick.

so itd be like hold the left stick all the way forward for a low kick or all the way back for a higher kick and moving it left/right to get the proper angle. then you press the right trigger then left then right and as you press the left again(for the plant foot) you bring the right stick back and push it forward to add power and if your timing is off then the kick its messed up.

no meters just having to learn how to get the timing down and the more accurate the kicker the more you can be off and still have a strong/accurate kick instead of a wiff/wide right. what do yall think?
