Why were previous features removed?!?

I'm not talking about gimmicks like offensive playmaker, but the features that actually mattered. Below is a list off features Ian and co should bring back to the game, (don't give me that not enough space $hit it's Blu-Ray) If not, could anyone give me a valid reason why they were removed.

1) Expansion Teams
2) Team finances/fan support leading to a bankrupt team and having to relocate
3) Formation substitutions
4) Coach creation
5) Referees and side judges
6) Tony Bruno Show

Feel free to give me more suggestions

they weren't necessarily removed, just not put into the next gen games yet. Other than that, I have no further explanation.

I dont miss the bruno show, but Im sure some might. He always annoyed me.

The PS2 version doesnt have most of the things I listed either

I never cared for the price of hot dogs, either.

According to Phil, audio does take up a lot of space.

I'm sure refs and chain gangs will make an appearance based off an article I saw.

OK maybe the ps2 is only missing expansion teams. I honestly don't know because I don't play the ps2 version, but I know they don't have expansion teams.
