I remember reading a poster where someone said they went to a Play Now game, and switch through the stadiums, and that somehow made the weather.com feature work. I know that I have done this when going for some of the achievements, so it might be true. I'm about to start a franchise game, so I'll synch it up with weather.com and report what I see here in a few minutes.
