Player overall question

Has anyone else noticed their players overalls change from menu to menu? I'm not talking about progression/regression in the offseason, but rather say between the depth chart menu and the player management menu.

I've got this 'C' potential receiver who is pretty much a bad a** and he's listed 79 in depth chart and 84 in playermgnt; both under Receiver tab. I know with C he should max out at 79. Is this a hidden overall I'm looking at?

The depth chart includes your coaches rating boosts and the roster management does not.
