Is anyone still playing Madden 10?

At least 1 or 3 games a weak on play now mode. I randomly just get the itch. It is the second longest version of Madden I have ever played; the others 03 and 05.

The lack of CPU logic in late game situations and in Franchise Mode (everywhere) has really knocked this game off the pedestal I once had it on.

I'm not right now, but if I don't hear something that blows me away about Madden 11's franchise enough to get the game, soon (E3?) I will be playing it for a whole another year.

I liked Madden 10. I had fun with it.

But, after playing NBA2k10 and even more so MLB The Show, you see how far behind Madden really is when it comes to true next gen sports games.

Agreed. But once M11 drops, I think many reasonable gamers will feel as though the gameplay is solid (subjective of course). What might set Madden away from The Show and NBA 2K is its continued failure in the presentation dept. That remains to be seen though...we'll see in a 1-2 wks if the presentation is cleaned up.

I doubt anything will really feel deeper with this only being the first year with Gus Johnson...

I have a feeling the dialogue will get old really fast.
