The teams are rated pretty close like they should be. Because of free agency and the salary cap the teams are more evenly matched.

I like the fact that no team is rated above 90 overall... it leaves room for the good classic teams like the Steelers from the 70's, Niners from the 80's, or Cowboys from the 90's to get great ratings but not be the same as the current Raiders or Buccaneers or something like that.
