It is true , I still cannot believe they did this .

How long do I have to play before I move a team and Rename Them ?

Yes... this has been said by Strausser in several interviews over last few months and it is INDEED true. The reason is because you can "create" a team when you relocate one in Owner's Mode.

2 Seasons.

After the 1st Season you can make the deal.

After 2nd seson the new Stadium will be ready and you can move.

Well that all depends on the stadium proposal being approved. You can't just tell the city your building a stadium and that they can't stop you. Remember stadiums are usually publically funded.
