Variable Monday Night games?

At the begining of my first year with the Chicago Bears my last game was a Sunday game at 1PM vs the Chiefs. By the time I made my way to the last week, the game was suddenly a MNF game. What gives?

Being a Bears fan I am aware of all their nationally televised games (in real life). So at the end of the Bears/Chief game when I saw Adrian Peterson as the horse trailer player of the game, I knew something was up. I went back to look at the last week on the schedule on Madden and I definitely had the MNF game. I got online, checked with my friend who is also playing a Bears franchise, and his last game was a 1:00 game. So I then started another Bears franchise (just to check the schedule) and the last game was at 1:00. Finally I went back into my franchise to just make sure I was not crazy and my last game WAS a MNF game.

Now both my team and the Chiefs were playoff teams, so I am guessing that Madden may reschedule the MNF games at the end of the year to important games.

I wish the NFL would reschedule the MNF game to a better game later in the season, inturupt a blow out for a close game, and stay with the overtime game.

I never noticed it until you brought it up...I was the Chargers, and their last game is a 4:15 game vs. Oakland. When i played it i noticed it was a MNF game, and didnt realize it until just now when i went back that it is a 4:15 sunday game. I had a chance to get into the playoffs if i won and another team lost, but i just missed the playoffs. Plus its a great division rival game too.
