Hey everybody I am having trouble deciding if I want NCAA 12 or madden 12. I can only have one football game. I like madden because it is the pros and they are real players, and I like te franchise mode better, but with NCAA I love the teambuilder and the game is out already. what do you all think I should do?

If what you love about NCAA is Teambuilder, wait for Madden, because Teambuilder hasn't changed one bit from NCAA 11.

Continue playing NCAA 11 until Madden is released. Patience is a virtue.

If you don't have NCAA 11 and absolutely must have a football game now, you can get NCAA 11 for under $20 on Amazon.

Not sure why you can't have both....but assuming you can't.....I'm a madden guy....NCAA is a good game and well done (some say better than madden) but I can't get too excited with a game that doesn't even have the player's names....I don't want to spend hours editing....so for me Madden is a more "finished" package...just me though.

Well bro asking alot of people for a opinion will just get you even more mixed up while trying to decide. I got NCAA12 right now and it is good and all. But I'm getting Madden12 and trading NCAA12 in next month for credit towards Madden12. Overall bro it comes down to what you think and no one else. Play the demo and see how you feel about it. But If I was in your shoes and I could only choose one. I would go with Madden12 over NCAA12 in the long run. But again this is just my opinion. But good luck on what you may decide to do.

I love both games but if I could only have one, it would definitely be NCAA 12. The college atmosphere is WAY better than the NFL, games are more exciting, the crowd is louder, you have the bands, fight songs, custom music, and you can download rosters with the correct player names and ratings etc.

I love Madden also, but NCAA is more fun to play for sure.
