I have tried to import my rookies 3 times from NCAA, and they don't even show up in scouting.

I just tried it for the first time, and they imported. Only problem was Andrew Luck looks like a fat islander dude. They give all the players pictures, I guess based on weight and height. Most of them are pretty solid though. They look good, no homo.
