Yes. Everything is the same except for player name, age and jersey number.

Had to join just so I could thank you. As already stated you guys deserve a medal. I play some online but offline mostly and the 2011 guide from people like y'all added another dozen years to my franchise and dozens of hours of entertainment. If y'all need any help just let me know. Thx Again.

isn't the draft classes player names auto generated? even online franchises... how is it you have just the names and pot and rating, just like last year???

Online Franchise it is the same player names, ratings, and potentials for every franchise. We have advanced multiple franchises to confirm this.

I have not really played or tested the offline mode but I have read that they are random so it would be hard to make an overall guide for that. We are really only concerned with online franchise.
