OK. Where you don't want to change teams is on the screen where you can switch settings between CPU and USER. You need to back out from there, change teams, and then select franchise options again.

And I've since been shown that it's easier to to the CPU/USER settings when starting the franchise. After you've selected all 32 teams, the next step is the screen that has quarter length, injuries, etc. on it. The CPU/USER settings are there too. You can set everything to CPU, then once you're in franchise mode, you can go in and change the settings for your team to USER.

It's a lot easier to go through the teams and see what guys to cut if you stay within a few positions each week. You won't have to re-evaluate the whole roster each time.
Fastest way I have found is enter player management/rookies. All fake UDFA will be there. I cut the highest rated ones first, make a note of what positions they were, then a quick check of the depth chart to see if any FA's need to be added to meet position requirement minimums. Takes about 20 min, longer if FA's need to be added.

Re: M2H's 32 Team Control Franchise Handbook

There has to be an easier way of creating UDFA's that actually make each team....unless ppl wanna wait for the finalized rosters?...this is really not cool EA....

That's a good idea...also the idea of sorting by salary works. I will stick with mine though, as I don't plan on just blindly cutting players just because they are UDFA after the first year. If there are any UDFA that may actually pan out, I want these other teams to have a shot at them making their roster.

Re: M2H's 32 Team Control Franchise Handbook

Are the fake UDFAs the ones only without a picture, or should I be worried about cutting other UDFAs for the computer aside from those w black sillouttes?

Re: M2H's 32 Team Control Franchise Handbook

And this becomes such a problem that we're better off eliminating ALL UDFAs from NFL?

Seems a bit extreme. I'm thinking of making the cuts, but from a more educated standpoint based on each teams' roster.

Because the AI can't handle it whatsoever right?
