What is your primary defense? (Online)

When you play 1v1 or team play, what defensive play is your "go to" play? Specifically run and pass situations.

I actually only use two plays for 90% of the game. It's out of the Ravens playbook, Nickel 2-4-5 Sub, I think. Sugar Blitz and Cover 3 Bluff.

I blitz if its 2wr or less of if I know its a run. Sometimes if I need pressure with 3wide I'll use it. It puts the two DEs inside and the R/L OLB as the ends. The two MLBs play inside position. Gives you great pressure on the QB or RB. Leaves you one on one though.

Third and long or any pass formation and its the Bluff. I always seem to still get pressure with just the 4down men. This formation works extremely well with the Bengals. Move Howard and Lawson Inside and move Moch to LOLB. Malauga is too slow to play the coverages. With Dunlap and Johnson rushing the passer it is awesome. You spread the LBs and the only weakness is the flats and sometimes the TE down the seam.

Mostly cover four and I user a safety to usually the TE. I'm just conditioned to beat the 49ers as I play them a ton.
