Correct. If players are not part of the NFLPA then Madden wouldn't be able to use ANY likeness at all; it doesn't make sense the Wagner doesn't have a picture.

Was there a workaround because of the CBA issue last year? Or were rookies allowed to join despite not having a contract with teams?

I don't remember if rookies were in from the start, and I already traded in M12 so I can't check what the default rosters were.

I want to say that rookies were in the final build of the game. Maybe when they are drafted they become part of the NFLPA. Undrafted rookies I'm not sure of.

There are things to rag madden about - this is not one of them.

If players aren't at the event to have their photos taken, they're not in the game. Simple.

you used to be able to get your face in some games on ps2 using a thing called the "eyetoy" i dont remember what sports games (maybe mlb the show), but it wasnt very effective anyways.

there is absolutely no excuse why Terrell Thomas doesn't have a picture. he had one every year since Madden 09 in his rookie year. maybe it was just some sort of glitch in the demo that didn't make it show up I hope.

It's laziness. I'm sure if EA wanted they could find a few hundred OS members willing to work Madden rosters for free so things like this wouldn't happen.
