If you sim practice do player get xp?

sim stats are bad, inflated in terms of points, but its moreso due to too many ST td's.

people moan about the xp system, when really its freaking awesome IF you know what you are doing. such as buying xp packages for your star plyers, and drafting players with high development rating. people forget about dvp rating since its not listed after you draft then unless you try to upgrade it in progressing the player

The 3rd option I see is called "Easy Win" and it says 500 pts.

The number of XP awarded for each option varies according to the level of your coach ie new/ young coach means less XP than a SB winner like Coughlin

simming practice is CRAZY*****

sim a season and see what I mean, see what you get legacy score wise at the end of the year

then, play the "offense" or "defense", win, get 1500 legacy per week, which is about 24k, which allows a LOT of XP boost to happen. not to mention the 1200 or so xp you get even for bench players, by doing those specific 2 practices, and only those two.

I usually just do the 2 Minute Drill practice because it is the quickest one. lol

Do you need to win the practice to get the XP? Or just do it and win or lose you get it?

You get a percentage if you lose, I believe the percentage depends on how long the practice is.

I don't think I saw it answered but if you sim practice you don't get any xp, which I for on would like changed. I have one coach CCM where I am basically just doing GM stuff and simming all the games. It makes it real hard to progress back ups and rookies that don't get much if any playtime, couple that with the fact that preseason substitutions don't happen if the game is simmed.

I would like to see maybe 250-500 xp for simming, that way if you want to do a sim franchise you can still develop guys.
