What the title says. (For Madden 13)
Is a rookie's 2nd contract based on his overall, or his production from the previous year/year's?

Or both?

As far as I know and its been this way forever is that ovr dictates contracts.

I have just read that the production rating affects the overall rating. So this would be new for this year.
