Awareness is not nearly the most important trait. If you are only going to scout one trait then make it intangibles. I scout intangibles then scheme, durability, and physical. A 'B' grade for intangibles pretty much guarantees a 75ovr+ rookie. I haven't seen an 'A' yet.

No coach has every had all the experience he'll ever need after 4 yrs. Hell, even after Tom Landry had been in Dallas for a century(sarcasm) he didn't know everything or have every skill, which is why the team was sliding down and he was fired. Truthfully you shouldn't be able to get every package in 30 yrs imo. You should have to prioritize.

It's just boosting XP, it doesn't mean the coach is the best and have every skill. You can still buy more boost packs over and over.
