We ended up doing the offseason n the 5 teams that had this glitch just ended up getting screwed and couldn't resign nor bid on FA at all... But what I did find out is that if you drop the player during the playoffs and resign him he won't be a free agent... It's a quick fix but I gotta wait till I get home to see if I still get the negative cap when I go to resign a player
