Some of the old PS2's have problem reading the dual layer DVD's (blue bottom)

not not blue bottom those are cds!

if you bought the regular Madden thats only on a DVD-5 1 Layer

the CE is on a DVD-9 2 Layer

Alot of Ps2s have trouble reading them

Well, I bought my PS2 around Christmas 2001 and I've had no problems playing the Collectors Edition, so far.

That is total crap, launch ps2 no probs for me.
