I don't get roster updates very often cause I play franchise and don't need them. I just statred year 2 of my Cowboys franchise and I'm thinking about starting over so I can get the roster update with Roy Williams the WR from Detroit to Dallas.(originally from UT Hook em' Horns!) When should I expect this update? It looks like every week since we just got #7. Any info would be appreciated. I don't know of any other big deals at the trade deadline but I'm sure they are working to get update #8 out.

They have been coming out on fridays or saturdays.

to get them from LIVE just connect and try to play someone online it will prompt you to download newest rosters before the game.
