QB Styles for the generics

Well guys, I was getting sick of Youtubing different QBs while simultaneously scrolling through the QB styles in the game...so I made this handy little spreadsheet, which breaks down each QB's stance and throwing motion.

One thing I've discovered...there are only about 11 or 12 different throwing styles. If you can see a difference between Jake Delhomme and Drew Brees' delivery, then all the power to you...as far as I'm concerned, they look exactly the same, as do many other QB styles. Don't mind my lousy descriptions of the throwing styles...they probably only make sense to me.

Good call. I was going to use Romo's style for Brennan because of the quick release but it just doesn't look right. Romo's release point is too low and it looks like he's muscling the throw too much. Brennan's throws are very quick and it looks effortless like he's throwing a frisbee .... or ninja stars. I chose Rivers too because his right foot lifts off the ground as he throws like CB.

On a side note I've compared videos of Marino's quick release and Brennan's and if Brennan isn't quicker then he's a very close 2nd.

I thought Tony Romo's style seemed to go pretty well with him.

can't figure out a good one for vick....i'm trying to look up his throwing motion on youtube and i can't find any highlights of him passing............

I'm using Cassel right now mainly due to him holding the ball low and one handed before the wind up
