When is the Roster Update #3 coming out?

Since they omitted some players like V. Jackson, Rice, Dumvervil, etc. in the Roster update becuase of IR, and holdouts - how does that effect franchise mode? If you start one are they gone "forever?" I don't get why EA did that. Do they update the rosters that don't effect offline franchise mode?

They didn't omit most of these guys, the either dropped them on the Depth Chart (Rice is on the 6 week PUP) and a lot of the key guys just given injuries (look at AJ Edds and Phillip Merling) they have been known for deleting fringe guys (Korey Sheets from Miami) due to IR though and your right it ruins franchise value. I am working to correct this with my roster, I set all the guys who are on PUP/IR to punters and release them, that way the CPU teams won't sign them. I have also CAPed in some of the removed guys like Isaiah Stanback and Limas Sweed. This system complicates some things but if your willing to go through the trouble for a realistic franchise I think its worth it.
