Official Rosters, Prior to the Latest Update

Does anyone have the official roster file from before the final cuts were made? Basically the one before the last update. I would like to start a franchise, but the default rosters are way off and the newest file with 53 man rosters makes franchise mode unplayable. I've searched this forum for days and can't find it, if anyone would be kind enough to post a link it would be greatly appreciated...

I should've specified that I'm looking for the PS3 file, but thank you both for replying!
