I got the same problem. Players come out with Ratings mostly in the 60s even in the Top 5 a player like Clowney will not even be near a 80 rating.
Before the title update, which i think should fix the speed issues with imported draft classes, the ratings where fine but now they are all messed up. I just wanted to know if this is a common problem right now and if there is a way to fix this.

i am also having problems with ratings. I have 2 players rated 80 or over, clowney and a DT, cant remember his name. The best qb was murray who is a 71. Bridgewater is a 66. With qbs i have noticed accuracy and throw power are okay but awareness and play action are dreadful. This is fine for the players i draft as i can practice and improve those stats but i think other qbs will never start and that will bug me. Hopefully a quick update is all that is required.
