Yea, usually if they have green faces, their skin is automatically switched to a silvery black, regardless.

I've been following your thread and wanted to share a finding with you that may make your updates a lot easier.

In looking at both madden 25 and Madden 12 rosters in excel I found that both rosters are made exactly the same.
So today I took a Madden 12 roster, opened it in Horizon, replaced, saved and rehashed Rondos updates Madden 25 file over it.
It loaded and played with no problems in Madden 12.
A few players had the green face issue. This was easily fixed by setting all the Heads to 0 using the madden editor.
Some helmets and face masks had to be updated as well.
There is also an issue with the commentators stating the wrong names but was able to correct this issue as well ..
Wanted to share as I know how hard making updates can be

Thanks that's exactly what I did. Well except for using Rondo's updated roster. (didn't think of that...for some reason) But, I took a roster from the roster share on Madden 25 that looked fairly updated and swung it over to Madden 12.

Didn't think of replacing a Madden 12 roster with a Madden 25 roster in Modio. Does this fix the L3 game freeze issue? That might save me some time.
There are a lot of players without Portrait ID's because they've changed from Madden 12 to Madden 25 (or they're new). So those without Portraits if you hit L3 to see their stats...the game freezes. No matter if it's a new guy or if it's Tom Brady.
That's what I'm doing now...giving everyone Portrait ID's so you don't run into that problem.
