Re: Madden 25 NFL Stats Coach Mode Slider Test

I think I'll be using these sliders for my franchise as it seems to be the best fit.

I was in the mood to create a 32-team franchise and watch all the games, but as you can't watch CPU v CPU in franchise mode I figured the best bet would be to coach mode one of the teams and hope that I could find sliders where the Human actually loses occasionally. In the results I've seen posted of your most recent set it looks like it's fairly even. For fairness' sake, I can just always play the home team so that if there is a slight imbalance, it could be explained as home-field advantage (which to my understanding isn't in madden).

I'll be using these sliders with a couple slight modifications.

I'll be using Gameflow instead of Ask Madden so that I can be an unbiased observer. I doubt this would upset the data as it's calling the plays that the computer would call.

I also want to change the minutes to 15 and maybe run more time off the play clock on each play. I just hike the ball as soon as the playart goes away so whatever makes that work. Again, I doubt this would effect your stats either, since as long as the target plays per game is similar it should be the same.

I'm plan on doing practices as well (I know I'm OCD) and to use the weeks in preseason to iron out the plays per game and finalize for the regular season.

So however long it takes me to do this, I'll eventually have some data for you. Let me know if you're interested in me collecting this data for you on the later games. I'm going to get started on this today, but I assume you'll not be interested in preseason games?

We probably wouldn't want to include preseason games in our data for the official tests, but I would be interested in hearing about the games. Number of plays, how the game looks, etc.

And when you get to the regular games, your data would be priceless.

Thanks for posting.

Re: Madden 25 NFL Stats Coach Mode Slider Test

Is anyone having issues with CPR QBs throwing to many INTs? My defense is not that good but they are getting 4-4 a game. In one game the AZ QB threw 6 INTs.

I have the CPR now down to 15.

In the most recent test (10 games), the cpu has thrown: 0,1,1,2,3,0,1,1,4 and 2. Who are you playing with?

Re: Madden 25 NFL Stats Coach Mode Slider Test

Last night I played against Aaron Rogers and he only threw 1. I changed INT for CPR to 25. Before that I played RG3 who threw 3 and Johnny Manziel (Rookie) in my CCF for AZ who threw 6.

I will keep testing it but I will say that this last game I did NOT press with my Defensive Backs which I was doing before on almost every play. I think that had a lot to do with it.

My last game against the Packers was almost perfect. A little on the low scoring side but otherwise good. I was the Lions and went down 13-0 in the 1st qtr after GB scored a TD on a pass to J. Finley and then 2 FGs. I came back and by the 3rd qtr I took the lead 14-13 with a 35 yard scramble after a screen pass from Stafford to Barry Sanders Jr (thats correct, this is not a typo).

GB ended up beating me 16-14 after another FG. Great game though.

Week 1 Results:

So here's my results for week 1. I'll be posting them as I complete them.

Only differences are that I'm using Gameflow instead of Ask Madden and I'm using 15 minute quarters with 12 Accelerated Clock.

Note: I am the home team in every game

Baltimore Ravens @ Denver Broncos:

New England Patriots @ Buffalo Bills:
