First, i would suggest never setting a slider to 100 or 0. Seems at least with a 0 rating things can go trippy. I just set my pass cover to 1 and did the out route, and it was easy completion, loose cover.

with pass reaction at 50, there is no difference between a pass cover of 1 or 98 on an out route, it is loose and easy completion, All-Pro level.
Is this with Madden 25 or Madden 15? I think all the post prior to yours was Madden 25??

What do the rest of your sliders look like?

I also agree that a slider should never be set to 0 or 100...I've noticed some screwy things happening when that happens.

I think I have a decent set now (thanks to the others who posted there's and then I experimented with them), but still trying to improve them.

BTW: OPI and DPI definitely affect the coverage.

Re: backward slider pass defense

So what's the consensus with the defensive passing game? I've had M25 for about 3 weeks now and haven't even started my franchise because I've been in slider hell! I play coach mode, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. I do know that CPU passing is way too each. I played the Pats the other night and Brady threw for 83% and 466 yards through 3 quarters. Now, I know the Raiders defense is bad, but not THAT bad! My QB is able to pick apart the Pats defense too.

Just trying to find some realistic pass defensive sliders. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Re: backward slider pass defense

I used everyones theories and have come to the conclusion that the slider set im about to post takes away from robo qb but allows him to run a efficient offense and have around 60% completion and take shots down the field. If you don't mind please try out 2 games with this slider set and post comments!

I have a new set and have played over 20 games with it Please Try it out and let me know what you think!
