Quick question from someone who cannot import draft classes.

I don't have AR or anything like that and I don't want to have a bunch of #'s drafted (i.e. QB# 11, HB# 5, etc....)....but i still wanted to have some resemblence of realistic draft classes. I wanted to edit some of the top players in the draft (mainly just the projected 1st rounders and maybe some 2nd rounders).....My question is:

Are you able to edit madden generated draft classes BEFORE(during) the scouting period....or BEFORE the draft? I remember being able to do this in ESPN last year. I was hoping to be able to do the same in madden.

Another question: Is there a cheaper way that I CAN GET the real draft class other than AR for the xbox? I think AR costs around $40 or $50...and I don't feel like spending that much on something that I'll only use once (to load the rosters of ncaa). Is there another device or another solution here besides putting in the names manualy?

...can you rent AR from blockbuster or something?

No, I do not think that you can edit the Madden generated draft class before the draft. I highly recommend investing in a AR, one of the best investments I've ever made. You can use it for rosters for all of the sports. I love it
