I think he's talking about when you hold the R-trigger and press A (pre-snap). The cone will stay in the middle of the field and not move. One of my gaming buddies decided that he was going to always leave it like that.

One thing I have done in the past to combat this is try an all out block which by default leaves you no blockers but sometimes they have to keep their gunners in too block so you can atleast get a few yards simply becuz their gunners are having to block for a few seconds.....however this isnt a fix at all just a way to sometimes get a few yards
