Anyone see the Madden 360 Footage...

Sorry guy's, from watching the little footage that I saw, I'm really still not that impressed at all. Yeah looked a lot better then this gen no doubt. In the end it just looked like a really suped up this gen version, I know some of you willl dissagree with me and call me crazy, from the pics of next gen madden and footage I've seen so far, there still seems to be a player scalling problem, they all still seem small or players just still seem the same size. Anyway I'm going to get xbox madden tonight and I hope it's good

Nothing too impressive, but it did look good. I think I am the only person who is glad that we have little to no information. The more footage we see, the more hyped we will get, and then we will be let down because we set our expectations so high.

The game will be to the next gen, what the first Madden was to the PS2. It is only a few months away and I hope we can all be WOW'd!

Like someone stated earlier, it did look a bit like 2k5 only much smoother. I for one can't wait!

The XBox 360's biggest problem will be the expectations people have. Do you really think the games will look like TV images? Nah photorealism is a long time away. The games wont look much different from the graphics of current PC games and thats all you should expect in the near future from the next gen consoles (the graphics will improve as the developers learn to optimize the possibilities of the new consoles but at first it wont be the magic revelation people hope for). With a game like Madden the real important question is whether this is a new engine because thats what Madden needs.

That maybe true but most people are expressing disappointment because EA said that the actual game would look better than that CG render shown on draft day. And from looking at this latest video it's not that much far from 2K5 (ESPN) and it looks 100x worse than the draft day teaser.

The whole episode was hyping up the game so much about the little details they added but it still seems lackluster from a hype vs. reality standpoint.
