they need to add a third button push to the kicking game

I'd be happy with a random bad snap here and there. They already have high snaps in the shot gun formation, why not add some bad snaps...then add the bad snap slider too, cause then people will complain there are too many.

I don't know about adding another button push, but I do think long snappers should be able to botch snaps and holders should be able to mess up too.

That would even satisfy me. At least add them in some way, shape, or form, because they can be important. "If it's in the game, it's in the game," right EA?

And they could base the botched snaps on the snapper's and holder's awareness. That would be cool if that happened in the games.

What if they added the third button press at the end? You push it once to start the meter, once to set the power, once to set the accuracy (as usual), then the meter moves back up to the top, where you set the snap accuracy... I guess that's four presses total, but three after the initial one that starts the meter.

One problem, the initial press snaps the ball...you would basically know if you made the field goal by how well you timed the kick, before you knew if the snap was good or not.

Perhaps, if you're just bound to have a meter control the snap....how bout as you line up to kick it, there is already a small meter going back and forth on the kick meter. You have to stop the meter in the good snap area or it is an off snap. Depending on how far you missed it, the snap could be just a little off, or really bad. Once you stop the meter, the kick meter starts as normal. This could even be in play on shotgun plays too. It would kinda look like the old free throw meters over the basket...and this is automatically going back and forth as you line up. Of course, depending on the deep snapper rating, the meter goes faster or slower. Thus puttin emphasis on having a good deep snapper.

thats just how i envisioned it. but i would do the snap accuracy first...
