Franchise mode online merge problems!!!!

Can someone help with this problem please?
Everytime I get to about week 10 or 11 in a franchise, after spawning two games a week and playing them on line, I can't merge them. It always tells me there's an error and I can't figure out any kind of solution. Is anyone else have this problem and if so, how do you solve it?

sorry i can't tell you that i have experienced this but i have not done any spawning this year. i know in last years game if you spawned to many games the franchise would freeze once you hit the max. i know it's not a solution but its something you could look into and see if they ever found a fix for that.
