Madden 09 Wii Question

does anyone know if wii owners will be able to use gamecube controllers for madden 09 gameplay?

I had the 08 version of Madden, and you couldnt use the classic controller or a gamecube controller with it. You have to use the Wii Remote and nunchuck, so I dont see why Madden 09 would be any different, since they are making this game to take advantage of the Wii remote and nunchuck.

in other wii games, the gamer has the option of using the motion controls or the gc/ classic controllers. ive read other people in other forums wanting this for ncaa/madden but once again, ea ignores the fans.

yes you can, you could do this in madden 08 and in madden 07

Actually both Wii versions of Madden were only wiimote and nunchuck controls only. One could not use the classic remote nor the gamecube controller.

That's my bad, I think I'm thinking of the Dreamcast versions from way back, again apologies.
