Bug: Can't sellect cold weather without snow in quick games. I have been told this feature is in franchise mode, and therefore should be fixed for standard games.

Ian please fix this, this was in 08' as well and we were told this was supposed to be FIXED. I am a HUGE Franchise guy and this is a game killer. I want to take my 79 rated rookies and make them great... can't do that if they don't progress. Had a rookie WR catch 89 passes for 1,231 yards 18TDs.. he was OROY and he's still a 73 overall. Come on guys... Seriously. This is crushing, all I do is play franchise.

Bug: QBs head turns VERY oddly while droping back to pass (either backwards or looking at the sidelines)

While in split backs formation I'll take the starting RB and put him at WR via a formation sub (Y). Then after running a play and going back to the play call screen I can no longer use the package substitutions to swap my wr, spell the RB or just normalize everything.

This is frustrating because it was a glitch in last years game and has not been addressed yet. It shouldn't be too hard to raise players salary demands with the cap going up.

Bug: Players demands for salaries never increase, but the cap goes up every year resulting in every team having 60+ million in cap room after 5 or 6 seasons.
